Azure Web App支持免费证书，记录下www.azurespeed.com启用证书步骤

  1. 在Azure Web App里，找到菜单TLS/SSL settings，先点中 Private Key Certificates (.pfx) ，然后点Create App Service Managed Certificates
  2. 在弹出的创建表单里，选中需要证书的域名，点击创建
